Humanistic Leadership: Create Real and Lasting Change

Real Leaders Real Impact have been invited to host a workshop at the Learning Forward Annual Conference in Boston on December 8th. The theme for this year is Bridging Professional Learning and Student Success. We are honored to support school and district leaders as they explore how to navigate implementation barriers more effectively; design professional learning; improve staff learning, motivation, and practice; and meet student needs in a more authentic way.

During the workshop, participants will:

• Understand how attending to human needs and motivations leads to greater positive outcomes when leading systemwide change efforts;

• Learn how to use humanistic leadership strategies to design and facilitate highly effective professional learning that leads to real change in practice; and 

• Know how to identify, plan for, and overcome technical and adaptive challenges when leading implementation efforts that result in systemwide sustainable change.
