Leadership Development Programs

Keynote Speaking
Inspire your staff with a keynote speech that challenges assumptions and sparks new ways of thinking. Up to two hours, these sessions energize and connect participants, setting the tone for authentic leadership and collaborative change.

Half-Day Training
Targeted, hands-on training for leadership teams or departments. In these 3–4 hour sessions, participants explore humanistic leadership principles, build trust, and practice reflection, strengthening collaboration across teams. This includes planning and debrief meetings.

Full-Day Training
A full 6–8 hour day for leadership teams, specialized groups, or whole staff. Includes planning and debrief meetings, with a focus on weaving together the Five Levers of Humanistic Leadership, addressing challenges honestly, and giving educators practical strategies to apply immediately.

Two-Day Training
A deeper, system-wide experience designed for the whole staff. Two days allow for immersive exploration of humanistic leadership, collaboration, and reflection, with improvement planning and debrief built in to support long-term growth.

Ongoing Coaching & Support
True transformation is a journey, not a one-time event. Our coaching programs are designed as long-term partnerships that sustain momentum, nurture leaders at every level, and turn growth into a movement that endures.
Option One: Targeted coaching around a specific challenge, such as implementing an initiative or leading a particular group.
Option Two: Ongoing brainstorming, coaching, and strategic planning as needed. We are available as thought partners, offering guidance when questions arise and encouragement when courage is required.
